SAFA Enterprise is a real estate company that was established in June 2011 and is based in Berkeley, California. The Company provides attractive rental properties to residents of greater San Francisco.  SAFA Enterprise acquires single-family residences and smaller multi-family properties as rental properties. For each new rental property that it acquires, SAFA Enterprise performs all necessary due diligence, market research and home inspection and renovates the structure as needed, relying on the expertise of an on-staff realtor, carpenter, electrician, maintenance person, gardener, and the CEO’s extensive experience in interior design.
 
SAFA Enterprise then functions as a property management company for its portfolio of units.
 
At the core of the company’s management services, SAFA Enterprise’s focus on interior design, as well as its dedication to maintenance and customer service, sets the Company apart.
